VinWonders Phu Quoc

VinWonders is a world class theme park on Hon Thom island — accessed via the famous Sun World cable car. Think Disney-like experience in the heart of Vietnam.

  • Aquarium — impressive marine life displays
  • Shows — entertainment throughout the day
  • Food and dining — multiple restaurants inside

Our Experience

Walking through the gates of VinWonders with my daughter was one of the highlights of our entire Southeast Asia trip. The scale is impressive — it genuinely rivals theme parks in Singapore and Bangkok. My daughter, who I had always wanted to take to a Disney-like park, was completely in awe.

Grand World is best experienced in the evening — when the lights come on, the shows begin and the whole complex comes alive. It is more of a stroll-and-explore experience than an adrenaline experience. Great for photos, good food and entertainment.

Yes — if you have 3 days or more!

They offer completely different experiences:

  • VinWonders = daytime adventure and thrills
  • Grand World = evening entertainment and atmosphere

Our suggestion:

  • Day 2 afternoon/evening → VinWonders
  • Day 3 evening → Grand World

If You Can Only Choose One

Choose VinWonders if:

  • You want a full day activity
  • Rides and water park are important to you

Choose Grand World if:

  • You’re travelling as a couple
